Round My Hometown.

Hello lovelies. New things:

Did an Art&Design show for the HKCAC, which was very very fun. Got to see Perrie again, and Helene and everyone, it was rather nice :)

The outfits were, again, crazy fun. Plastic pants though, it was really hard to walk without the see-through capris making an awful sound but I managed, so yay.

This design was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of it. It's something I think I would wear on a plane because of the in-built neck/head pillow. Cool beans :)

Here we go, the plastic pants. Gotta love it? Yes. Gotta wear it? Well you can really only hope not because I'm not going to pretend it was comfortable. Also, as Perrie eloquently put it, the jacket kinda looked like a vag.
Oh well.
You know you love it.
When I went out I heard a "WHOOOOOO" which I'm guessing meant the see-through-y-ness was popular.
AH THIS IS JOYCE. Her design won an award. How adorable is she? Cute as a button. And it was so happy after the show because they had all just graduated that she started crying and it was very emotional :)

This is a photo from a shoot I did with the pre-mentioned Michael Cheung. Awwwwwwwwwwwesooooooooooooome. In my humble opinion.
You can see my bikini strap though, which is a bit bad.

And now onto summer! Here's a quick re-cap.

Me + Ning Ning = Love.

This is Tasha :)
Honeymoon Dessert.

My latest obsession, HARRY POTTER. +tumblr.
I've been reading HP since I was six, but I saw the trailer for the new movie and sorta started obsessing :) and by "sorta" I mean intensely.

EMMA WATSON IS STYLISH.
RUPERT GRINT IS ADORABLE.
Funny things for you people.

Also, tying into this new/old obsession is the play "A Very Potter Musical".

DARREN CRISS = GOD.

Beginspiration.

Hello Summer, I missed you.

It's that time of year again where I go out for bubble tea and sipsipsip thinking about the heat and how much I hate it (but how much I actually love it).

It's desperately humid in Hong Kong, and there are too many bugs biting me.

I have a sunburn which I wish could pass off as a tan, but it is not working.

and with just half of a sunburn
new yellow lines that i earned
step back and here comes the night time
step back and here comes the night time

I'm trying to find work in the real world instead of my pretty-but-dumb-as-a-box-of-nails modelling career, and I've opted for work that requires no experience: Handing out towels at a gym.

That is the only other thing I'm qualified for as it seems.

You missed my birthday, internet, shame on you.

Here's the basic gist of it.

1. Went to my friends house and was suprised by a cake :)
2. BLEW OUT THE CANDLES.
3. They took me for a surprise mani-pedi. Felt so pampered.
4. Was pampered.
5. Tried not to get my nails fucked up while trying to get stuff out of my bag.
6. Made a rapist-face.
7. After dinner with Danny, we went out to Wanchai.
8. Polaroid in Wanchai. Good night.

Also:
I need camera suggestions. I've been looking for second-hand cameras because I'm poor, and Polaroid films are muchly too expensive so thats out of that question, my loves.

Good Morning Fall, I Love You.

Please come soon to Hong Kong, I'm dying for autumn leaves .
Also Marc Jacobs fall line (the runway pictures of which I have recently drooled over) are simplisticly fantastical.
See for yourself.

I'll See You Soon Winter. Don't Be A Stranger.

Going back to Melbourne soon. Cold, cold Melbourne.

Good things about going home:
Annaliese and the crew
Winter coats
Fire places
Grass
Backyards
Rosy Cheeks
Thrift Stores
The City
Iceskating

So you can see why I'm counting down.

WINTER HOLIDAY COUNTDOWN: 22 Days.

Have a nice summer, kiddies.

Hang You From The Heavens.

Oh Hai.
Well the latest is that I had an amazing shoot with Michael Cheung, and by amazing I mean we probably didn't get every single shot perfect, but he is really such fun to work with. More on that later, I can't wait to get the photos.

One thing: Florence is amazing. Also Danny but more Florence. :):) you're both lovelies.

Okayokay, the thing of the day is True Blood. I figure one of the best ways to enjoy this show is by doing a shot everytime Bill says "SOOKEHH".
Which he does.
Alot.
Hoorah :)
"Sookie" "Sookie" "Sookie" "Sookie" "Sookie" "Sookie".

Now onto the person of the day Michael Cheung. (http://www.themichaelcheung.com/)
Heres some of his work, really inspired shots, IMHO.
I love this underwater one, I always look at it and forget to breathe. For some reason I'm underwater too :)
This model is called Elizabeth Berry. And shes SO INCREDIBLY BEAUTIFUL. It's actually insane. That sounds increasingly creepy, seeing as I've only worked with her once, in an AISHK Fashion Show. But seriously, look at the picture and then tell me I'm wrong. I'm not wrong :)
Okay, so I've been using this new site called "Model Mayhem" at length. TEST SHOOTS ARE COOL, TOO.
NEW THINGS:

Some shoot ideas I've been dying to try.

1. Gothic.
2. Bride of Frankenstein (cuh-razy hair. kay?)
3. Wild make-up.

4. Paint.

5. Heavy eye shadow, Beauty shot.

6. Feathery eye make up? Also, I love the bottom picture, the colours especially.

7. More wild make-up.

8. Slightly less wild, more editorial make-up?

9. I LOVE THIS. Her make-up, her expression, intenseeeee.

10. Aboriginal prints.

11. ANIMALZ PRINTZ. yeah.
Thats it for me, but tune in next time for more inane ramblings (you know you love it.)
